With Communicate, patients can have a private 2-way conversation with their healthcare provider. They can upload multimedia attachments to share media-rich content to assist in rapid diagnosis and assistance when needed.

My Care is a convenient calendar that shows upcoming prescribed tasks and activities to help keep patients on their journey.

Help Now is a library of resources such as emergency phone numbers, reference documents and links that is always available to users.

The app may use HealthKit data (like steps, sleep, heart rate etc), so your experience is optimized by the platform.
